Max Griffin is the pen name of a mathematician and retired university professor. He previously held positions at a major research university in the Southwest and is the author of advanced mathematics textbooks and numerous research articles. He is the proud parent of a daughter who is a librarian, and the grandparent of her two awesome boys. Max is blessed to be in a long-term relationship with his life partner, Mr. Gene, who is an expert knitter and gardner, among many other wonderful traits.
The two humans in Max’s household are the pets of a pair of Russian Blue cats named Boris and Natasha. They graciously let the humans live in their home in return for food and occasional petting. Oh, and there’s that litter box thing they do, too.
